Awakening was a small visual project designed to get me to paint more environments. Referenced from a series of photos I took showing my usual progression from waking in the morning to boarding the train on the way to work, each image was speed painted in under an hour. It became a bit more then an unrelated series of images when I gave it a Silent Hill twist and wrote a ‘script’ to accompany it. Originally delivered in 3 image episodes through my LJ it is collected here in one place.
